It’s in Skippack
• Take part in on Friday, Oct. 7, at 6 p.m. at Tara’s Country Cottage in Skippack to benefit the Susan G.  Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation
• Donate clothes, shoes, accessories, bedding, curtains and stuffed animals to the Perkiomen Valley High School WAVE clothing drive fundraiser (post-prom party), noon to 3 p.m.
Drop off at the Trappe Building's gym doors, 29 E. First Ave., Trappe, on Friday, 6-8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday

Learn about headstone symbolism, funeral customs of the past and bits and pieces about the folks who once lived in the Trappe-Collegeville area during the walking tour of the . Daylight tour starts at noon; evening tours from 5:30-8 p.m. Cost is $6 per adult and $4 for students and seniors
