Morning Update: Candlelight Vigil Tonight

What’s Happening Today
students will hold a candlelight vigil for at 7 p.m. in the football stadium. There will be stations where people can write down either a memory or a note to the family as well as a station for donations.

Holiday Extravaganza is Friday, Dec. 2, from 5 to 9 p.m. The night features an array of vendor and craft tables, a children’s holiday shop, children’s craft table, Moccia’s pizza/hoagies/salads and snacks, bake sale, games, face painting by the Art Club and a concert by the Evergreen chorus at 6 p.m.
Collegeville Main will be hosting a Christmas Tree Lighting Festival on Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. at the Trail Parking Lot at Third Avenue and Main Street. A 5K Jingle Jog will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Collegeville Station (Third Avenue) Registration: www.u2canrun.org

Trappe Today and Tomorrow is hosting the first-ever tree lighting at the Speaker’s House, Dec. 7, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Park at the shopping center and be safely escorted across Main Street. Singing, music, and cookies and refreshments the boy and girl scouts will be selling refreshments. Santa will also attend.
