• Skippack Township Supervisors are holding a at 7 p.m. at the . The monthly supervisors meeting is also tonight.
• Montgomery County Community College is holding a in the second-floor lobby of South Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Up to 15 area businesses will be in attendance, looking to recruit for part-time, full-time, temporary and seasonal positions, as well as for internships.
• Water Demo at at 7 p.m. Bring your favorite drinking water, tap or bottled and see what your water should have to be healthful for you.

2011 Turkey Trot 5K Run and Family Walk, Nov. 13 at 9 a.m. in
The Turkey Trot is $10 per person and kids under 12 run free! Any donation of $10 or more will receive a T-Shirt. There will be music, food, and prizes to the first place runners. • Trappe Beef and Beer Barn Dance on Nov. 12, benefiting Trappe Today and Tomorrow Committee and the Trappe Volunteer Fire Company.
The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. Attendees must by 21 or older; tickets are $15 each ($20 at the door).
• St. Mary’s is seeking volunteer help for its Christmas Bazaar on Friday, Nov. 18 (4 to 8 p.m.) and Saturday, Nov. 19 (9 a.m. and 3 p.m.)
• The Perkiomen Valley High School cheerleaders will be sponsoring a pancake breakfast on Nov. 12 from 8-10 a.m. at the Applebee’s in Royersfod.  Prices are $7 for adults and $3 for children younger than 10; breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice, tea or soda.
