Pennsylvania State Police: Reported Fugitive Taken into Custody

Pennsylvania State Police released the following information. A report does not indicate a conviction; all accused are innocent until proven guilty.

arrested Timothy Landis, 27, in the 500 block of Main Street in Schwenksville, Oct. 26, based on a Delaware arrest warrant, according to a report. Landis is facing stalking and sexual harassment charges in that state, police said.
He was taken at Montgomery County Correctional Facility until he could be extradited to Delaware, according to the report. District Justice Albert J. Augustine set Landis’ bail at $5,000 cash, police said.

Snow Plow Reported Stolen in Skippack
An unknown person (or people) removed a Boss 7.6 STD Snow Plow from a driveway in the 1200 block of Cressman Road, Skippack, sometime between 12:01 a.m. Sept. 22 and 7 p.m. Oct. 27, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.

Police: Collegeville Man to Face DUI Charge
Pennsylvania State Police stopped Paul Angelucci, 21, of Collegeville, on Route 363 at Morris Road in Worcester, Oct. 22, for allegedly “driving in an erratic manner and following another vehicle too closely.”
Angelucci allegedly showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol, police said, and was arrested after being given field sobriety tests.
Charges will be filed, the report states.

Schwenksville Man Accused of DUI in Crash
A Schwenksville man, 57, was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a two-vehicle crash in Worcester on Sunday shortly after 5 p.m., according to a police report.
A Pennsylvania State Police report states the man was driving a 2004 Ford E350 was traveling north on Church Road, heading toward Germantown Pike, when he allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The Ford collided with a 1995 Honda Accord, driven by a 48-year-old Norristown man, which was traveling westbound on Germantown Pike, police said.
Neither man was injured, but both vehicles were towed from the scene, the report states.
The Schwenksville man allegedly “showed signs of impairment, and was subsequently placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol,” police said. He was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital to have blood drawn, according the report. Charges are pending the test’s results, police said.

Trappe Business Reports Unreturned Vehicle
, of Trappe, has reported to Pennsylvania State Police that a work vehicle has not been returned to the business.
The vehicle is a 2003 black Lincoln Town Car with red tape over the left rear tail light, registration LM24814, according to the report.
The report did not list information about a suspect.

Unauthorized Credit Card Use Reported
According to Pennsylvania State Police, an unknown person “removed two gas credit cards from two separate vehicles belonging to ” in Schwenksville. The cards were then used several times, police said. The investigation is ongoing.

Update: Collegeville Man Accused of Hit-and-Run Crash, Damage
Traffic citations are being filed against Keith Kling, 54, of Collegeville for allegedly driving up on a curb and striking two signs before fleeing the scene. ()

Report: Schwenksville Men Cited for Disorderly Conduct
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Kenneth A. Brown, 51, of Schwenksville and Ronald Reganato, 47, of Schwenksville became embroiled in an argument about Reganato’s dogs, Friday, Oct. 28, shortly after 1 p.m. in the 90 block of Village Drive in Lower Frederick.
The men were allegedly “yelling and screaming causing a disturbance in a public place for no legitimate reason,” Trooper Krystal Dugan wrote in the report.
Both men were cited for disorderly conduct, according to police.

Investigation Continues in Suspected Contraband Case
Timothy Young, 26, of Philadelphia, was allegedly in possession of “a small amount of marijuana” while at in Skippack on Sunday, Oct. 30.

Property Damage Reported in Skippack
An unknown person (or people) broke a mailbox of its post in the 4100 block of Tranquility Street, Skippack Township, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report. The incident occurred sometime between 5:30 and 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 29.
There is no information about a suspect.
