Police: No Injuries in Schwenksville Crash

Citation reportedly filed against driver

People involved in a three-vehicle crash – in which one car flipped – remained physically unscathed, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report about the Nov. 15 incident.

A 1992 Dodge Ram, driven by Boyertown resident Michael Dyer, was traveling south on Route 29/Gravel Pike in Schwenskville Borough when the vehicle “left its lane of travel” and struck a legally parked Honda Civic, police said.

The Honda was then “pushed forward” into a third car, a Toyota Camry, which was then sideswiped by Dyer’s vehicle, according to the report.

The Ram then flipped onto the driver’s side, coming to a rest near Liberty House, and blocking both lanes of traffic, police said. The vehicle was “righted” and driven from the scene, while the other two vehicles were towed, according to the report.

Dyer was reportedly cited for careless driving.
