Skippack Home Burglarized, Forced Entry

are seeking information about a residential burglary that occurred around noon in Skippack Township on Wednesday, Dec. 21.
According to a police report, an unknown person (or people) came to a residence in the 4000 block of Creamery Road; the individual(s) may have been in a white pickup truck.
The person entered the home by smashing a glass door in the rear of the property, the report states.
“Once inside (the perpetrator) cut and removed copper piping from sinks and other fixtures within the residence,” the report states. The person (or people) fled in an unknown direction, police said.

Police: Various Small Items Taken in Skippack Burglaries
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating burglaries that occurred in 3700 block of Mill Road and the 3500 block of Skippack Pike sometime between 8:30 a.m. Dec. 20 and 7:50 p.m. Dec. 21.
An unknown person (or people) arrived at the properties and forced open the doors, the report states. Both residences were rummages, and one man reported pocket watches, flatware, change and other miscellaneous items were missing.

Weapon Fired, Damages Property in Skippack Township
Police are asking for information regarding a reckless endangerment incident in Skippack Township that occurred between 2 and 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.
An unknown person (or people) arrived at a residence in the 4180 block of Creek Road and fired “an unknown type of weapon, accidentally striking the bottom part of the victim’s siding by the garage,” the report states. The perpetrator(s) fled in an unknown direction, police said.

iPod Stolen from Unlocked Car in Trappe
Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information about a theft that occurred in the 740 block of Gilbert Place in Trappe around 7:40 p.m. Dec. 14.
According to a police report, a witness saw two men in black, long-sleeved shirts enter the parked, unlocked vehicle and remove a silver iPod Touch. The two men fled on foot; no other items were taken. The iPod’s serial number is unknown, police said.
