Fire Crews Were Called To A Crash Scene In Trappe Monday After Car Rolls Down Embankment

Firefighters & emergency crews in Trappe were called out to the scene of a vehicle crash in which a car rolled down an embankment.

TRAPPE, PA — Emergency crews were called out to an accident scene on Monday morning in which a vehicle rolled down an embankment after crashing.

The Trappe Fire Company No. 1 said that firefighters responded to the crash scene around 8 a.m. Monday on Borough Line Road near West 5th Avenue in Trappe Borough.

The initial report stated that after crashing, the vehicle careened down an embankment and rolled onto its side, according to the fire department.

Workers were ultimately able to secure the vehicle and tow it away from the scene.

The fire department did not state whether anyone was injured in the accident, which is currently under investigation by the Upper Providence Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police.

Trappe Fire Co. was assisted at the scene by firefighters from the Upper Providence Fire & Emergency Services, as well as local police and state troopers.
