All eyes were on Frank the Trolley Cat during an event this past weekend.
What can he say? He was the cat of the party.
Surely the region’s most famous feline, people greeted Frank the Trolley Cat kindly this past weekend at an event benefiting the Washington County Humane Society.Â
The was  by the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum and is now its mascot of sorts. Frank also has the distinction of gracing the August issue of Cat Fancy.
