Happy Face Learning Center to Reopen
Attorney Lane M. Turturice has confirmed two of the three child care centers will reopen, including the McMurray location.
Kid Biz, LLC will be reopening two of the closed child care centers, including , after reaching an agreement with the state Department of Public Welfare Tuesday.Â
Earlier this month, the state Department of Public Welfare revoked the licenses of the three child care centers and owner Adele Lehew Wood was , after a near-drowning June 23 in West Finley Township.

Kid Biz, LLC took action through attorney Lane M. Turturice to appeal the closure orders.
For several weeks, Kid Biz, LLC, through its legal counsel, has had various discussions with the DPW in an attempt to reopen the centers, while the appeals are pending, according to a news release.Â

"Families should begin calling those centers (today) to make arrangements for their children to return to the centers," Turturice said in a statement.
The Just Us Kids Child Care Center in Washington will remain closed "for the time being while the appeals are being litigated," he said.
