Hoagie Chain Coming To Pittsburgh Will Open Peters Location

PETERS TOWNSHIP,, PA — Philadelphia-based PrimoHoagies will open its first two Pittsburgh area locations as part of a national expansion plan. The casual restaurant will debut next year at 1600 Smallman Street in the Strip District and in Lakeside Plaza on Washington Road in Peters.

The hoagie chain also is adding new restaurants in Colorado, Florida and New Jersey. The company is opening 18 new franchises overall, most in 2022.

PrimoHoagies was founded in south Philadelphia in 1992 and currently has more than 90 locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida and South Carolina.
