For fans looking to be in the city when the game is on, these spots are a few worth visiting as they offer plenty of TVs and libations.

PHILADELPHIA — While some Eagles fan will be watching the Super Bowl at home or with friends and family, others want to get into the thick of it with other fans in the city itself.
So where are the best spots to watch the Big Game in Philadelphia proper this weekend?
Some of these bars will prove for great viewing as the Birds vie for their second Super Bowl championship Sunday evening.

Below are a few places you can be sure to catch the game with plenty of fellow, fervent fans Sunday:
Chickie's and Pete's

The South Philly Chickie's and Pete's is a massive bar and restaurant. It's got TVs galore and three bars, perfect for a large crowd to root the Eagles on. It's got plenty of beers, spirits, and wines, in addition to its fan favorite foods, such as Crab Fries, chicken wings, mussels, and more. 1526 Packer Ave.
Garage
Garage's two locations — one in Passyunk and one in Fishtown — are go-to sports bars in the city. With numerous beers on drafts, bottles, and cans, the beer options are a plenty. Cavanaugh's
With four locations, Cavanaugh's offers a few options across the city for beer drinking and football watching. Craft Hall
Craft Hall is a great spot to bring the whole family while watching the game and sipping craft brews. While mom or dad cheer on the birds, less-than interested kids can hit up the playground or play games such as skeeball and shuffleboard at this Delaware Avenue establishment. 901 N. Delaware Ave.
Mac's Tavern
The Venn diagram of Eagles fans and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" fans is likely a circle. And both come together at Mac's Tavern on Market Street. Owned by South Philly's Rob McElhenney of "Always Sunny" fame, this spot is small but full of heart and callbacks to all things Philly and the hit show. 226 Market St.
Tradesman's and Brü Craft & Wurst
A two-fer, Tradesman's and Brü Craft & Wurst are sidled next to one another in Center City Philadelphia. Tradesman's offers barbecue, while Brü Craft & Wurst serves up German-stle fare. Bar-Ly Chinatown
This Chinatown spot has tons of TVs making it a perfect spot to ensure you can see the game while out on the town. Bar-Ly touts more than three dozen TV in addition to its extensive tap list. 101 N. 11th St.
