Iron Hill Introduces New Ribs And Chicken Dishes In Exton

EXTON, PA – Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has new BBQ ribs and chicken dishes on the menu this winter, beginning today through Feb. 29.

“On cold winter nights, nothing is better than gathering with friends and family to share a rich, comforting meal," said Brendan Mullan, executive chef of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant.

"That’s why we created our Ribs & Chicken Menu to offer hearty meals that pair perfectly with our craft beer and will transport you to the sun-soaked barbecues of summer."

Iron Hill’s new limited-time Gold Medal Ribs & Chicken Menu features scratch-made Vienna Red Lager Barbeque Sauce deliciously crafted with Iron Hill’s signature beer.

The dishes are BBQ baby back ribs ($28.95), a half rack of baby back ribs ($17.95), BBQ baby back ribs, and a chicken combo featuring a half rack of ribs and an herb-marinated grilled chicken breast ($21.95).

The meals are served with golden French fries and creamy cole slaw.

Iron Hill’s menu is not only crafted to pair with beer, but the brewery’s signature gold medal-winning Vienna Red Lager is the star ingredient in the barbeque sauce.
