Phoenixville Man Sentenced To Prison In Sexual Assaults
Eladio Laines was sentenced Wednesday in the Chester County Justice Center to three to six years in state prison.

WEST CHESTER — A 33-year-old Phoenixville man was sentenced Wednesday in the Chester County Justice Center to three to six years in state prison for sex offenses involving two victims, according to a report in the Daily Local.
Eladio Laines pleaded guilty to sexual assault, and unlawful restraint of a woman he met at the party in January 2022.
He also pleaded guilty to corrupting the morals of a minor, indecent assault of a minor, and related charges for offenses involving a 10-year-old.

Laines was also ordered by Judge Analisa Sondergaard to serve five years of probation after the prison term and to abide by the state’s Megan’s law requirements to register his whereabouts when released from prison.
The sentence was based on a plea agreement between Assistant District Attorney Madeline Troutman and defense attorney Matthew Kline of Phoenixville.
