Pothole Repair Planned Across Chester County This Week

Drivers should expect slowdowns in work areas throughout the week.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — As winter sluggishly moves into spring across the Delaware Valleys, once frozen roads are breaking open and causing pothole nightmares for drivers.

While some of these holes seem minor, they can cause significant tire damage and accidents from drivers who swerve to avoid them.

PennDOT crews will be addressing the issue across Chester County this week. Drivers are advised to be alert of the work and to plan for intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews.
