Schuylkill Road To Shut Down Overnight For Months
The construction work will lead to an ongoing closure in the evening hours through October.
EAST PIKELAND, PA — Overnight road closures will soon begin on Schuylkill Road in East Pikeland Township as construction work gets underway.
The closure will begin on May 28 between Hares Hill Road and Spring Hollow Road.
The road will be shut down only during the evening hours, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

PECO crews are completing a gas line project in the area.
Officials said that the closure will likely be in place for months, with an anticipated completion date of the project of Oct. 2024.
