Happy Halloween and Don't Go Trick-or-Treating ... Yet
The popular rite of going door to door for candy "treats" has been postponed.

It's Halloween, but something is missing. Blame Hurricane Sandy.
That annual rite of going door to door, seeking candy "treats", is delayed this year in the Pine-Richland community until 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
The decision to delay was made earlier this week when Hurricane Sandy was heading toward western Pennsylvania, with weather forecasters warning about the potential for storm damage and power outages.
