According to Duquesne Light, about 100 customers in Richland Township are without power as of 11 p.m. There are 9,250 Duquesne Light customers out of service across the territory. This is down from a high of 13,000. The power company is dealing with significant damage across the area, according to spokesman Joey Vallarian.
