Pittsburgh Restaurant Chain's Famed Cottage Cheese Now Sold In Groceries

The salad bar cottage cheese that you have enjoyed for years now is available at grocery stores. Patch provides the details.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The cottage cheese you have enjoyed at Eat'n Park's salad bar now is available in area grocery stores.

A collaboration between the Pittsburgh-based restaurant chain and Turner Dairy Farms has resulted in limited edition co-branded pints that are available in regional supermarkets.

“The partnership between Eat’n Park and Turner’s is rooted in more than three decades of serving our communities together,” Brooks Broadhurst, vice president of food systems transformation at Eat’n Park, said in a statement.

“We’re honored to see the Eat’n Park name alongside Turner’s on grocery shelves, allowing guests to take a piece of our restaurants home with them.”

In addition to cottage cheese, Turner’s provides Eat’n Park with buttermilk for its ranch dressing, cream for crème pies, milk for handspun milkshakes, and coffee creamer, among other items.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring a piece of the iconic Eat’n Park salad bar into homes” said Steve Turner, vice president of sales and marketing at Turner’s. “Since our partnership began, it’s been about more than just the food - for over 30 years we’ve brought people together around the table, turning moments into memories.”

While supplies last, the limited-edition cottage cheese can be found at select Giant Eagle, Kuhns, and Shop ’n Save locations, along with select other local retailers, and as always, it is available on Eat’n Park’s Salad Bars across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
