A Driver Died Sunday After Crashing Vehicle Into Conshohocken Building, Causing Explosion

The 47-year-old man lost control of his car early Sunday morning and crashed into a building in Conshohocken, causing an explosion.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A driver was reportedly killed early Sunday morning after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into a building in the borough, an event that caused an explosion.

The man, who was said to be 47 years old, was driving on Elm Street in Conshohocken around 1:45 a.m. Sunday when the accident occurred, which caused an escape of natural gas at the building, and ultimately caused an explosion, according to a report on NBC 10 Philadelphia.

A local police officer and a Good Samaritan reportedly pulled the driver, whose name has not been released, from the vehicle.
