Hector Street Closed
PECO is working on a project; the street is expected to return to normal in autumn.
Hector Street in Conshohocken and Whitemarsh, between Apple and Lime streets, will be closed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. through the beginning of October, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
According to PennDOT, PECO Energy will be working on a gas main replacement. During construction, Hector Street traffic will be detoured over Fayette Street, Butler Pike and North Lane. Local access will still be available, according to PennDOT.
The construction timetable is contingent on the weather.
