He is being charged with felony-grade aggravated assault/attempts to cause serious bodily injury or causes injury with extreme indifference, as well as a misdemeanor count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 16 before Judge Gallagher.

According to news reports, Choice was pegged by investigators at the man who fired a gun into another vehicle on Route 309 in Whitemarsh Township back on Jan. 23, 2019.

Pennsylvania State Police did not state how they came to identify Choice as the alleged shooter. An arrest warrant was issued last month.
