The report states that while police were speaking with Martin, he repeatedly motioned with his right arm as if he were "stuffing something in the seat." After ignoring multiple requests to keep his hands visible, Martin was removed from the vehicle, the report states.

A search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered multiple white rocks which tested positive as cocaine, along with $53 in cash and a Metro PCS phone. The report indicates that no type of pipe for smoking the substance was discovered during the search.
