Drunken Woman Headed to Prison After Striking Four Pedestrians, Argento's Pizza
Aimee Nicole Schade, 27, of Pottstown, will spend the next 11½ to 23 months in county prison after pleading guilty to striking four pedestrians and Argento's Pizza while driving under the influence last summer.

A Pottstown woman will spend the next 11½ to 23 months in county prison, after pleading guilty to striking four pedestrians and a local pizzeria while driving under the influence if multiple controlled substances.
Aimee Nicole Schade, 27, pleaded guilty on Monday in Montgomery County Court to charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and recklessly endangering other persons, according to a report by the Times Herald.
The charges stem from an incident on Aug. 4, 2012, where Schade – while driving on a suspended license – crashed her 2004 Toyota Corolla into four people near the intersection of North Hanover Street and East High Street, before striking Argento's Pizzeria at 1:17 p.m., the report states. Schade then continued to drive her vehicle away from the scene, until a vehicle stopped her by pulling in front of her.

One of the victims that was struck by the vehicle was airlifted to a local hospital with serious injuries, and the other three victims were treated for less-serious injuries, states a report in the Pottstown Mercury.
After being stopped, the report states that Schade approached the victims on the scene and said "You're not going to sue me, are you?" and "You're not going to press charges, are you? Because I just got off probation."

Schade was under the influence of several controlled substances, including methadone, prescription drugs and marijuana at the time of the crash.
As part of the plea agreement, Schade must complete three years' of probation following her parole. She was also ordered to be placed under addict supervision for the duration of her probationary period, meaning she'll be subject to drug testing and outpatient teatment, according to The Reporter.
Schade was also ordered to pay $15,639 in restitution to the seriously injured victim, who surgery, stiches and staples to repair two lacerated tendons, the report states.
Charges of accidents involving personal injury while not properly licensed, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and reckless driving were dropped as part of the plea agreement, according to the Mainline Media News.
