OMG PD: Fugitive Taunts Police On Patch, Arrested Days Later
This week's stories include a fugitive who was arrested after taunting police on a Patch Facebook page, an accused car thief who can't stay out of trouble, and proof that even the elderly can break the law.

Pride Comes Before the Fall: According to a report in the Lansdale Patch, a 21-year-old fugitive accused of felony drug charges was arrested only days after he taunted police on the Lansdale Patch Facebook page.
In his comment, the fugitive stated “im not turnin my self .... run run as fast as u can u cant catch me im da ginger bread man ...... sincierly da gingerbread man.” He was apprehended a few days later, along with his incredible neckbeard. Read the full story here.
At Least He Learned to Stay Away from Popeye's: According to a report in the Pottstown Patch, a teen who was arrested in January – after police allegedly tied his Popeye's Chicken receipt to a car theft – is facing new charges after he allegedly stole another car in February.
This time, police allege that the teen – along with a female counterpart – took a vehicle for a test drive, assaulted and tased the salesman who was riding along, and forced the victim out of the vehicle so they could steal the car. Read the full story here.

Grandma Has Street Cred: According to a report in the Ambler Patch, a 78-year-old woman is facing charges of retail theft after she allegedly stole multiple items from Kohls.

Drunken Man Mistakes Credit Card for Driver's License: According to a report in the Plymouth-Whitemarsh Patch, a 45-year-old man was arrested for DUI after he nearly drove into a stone wall, but instead ran into the curb near Magerk's Pub.

Brothers Can't Get Drunk, Sue Budweiser: While not police related, a report in the Ambler Patch states that when two local brothers couldn't get drunk from drinking Bud, they decided it was the fault of Anheuser-Busch.
The brothers have hired a Philadelphia-based attorney to file a lawsuit in federal court which claims that Budweiser is watered down and has less alcohol than advertised. Read the full story here.
