Pottstown Residents Have Free Admission at Elmwood Park Zoo This Sunday

Pottstown residents will be treated to free admission at Norristown’s Elmwood Park Zoo on Sunday, Aug. 11 during the normal zoo hours of 10a.m. to 5p.m..

Residents need to bring a valid photo ID as proof that they reside in Pottstown, specifically, within the zip codes of 19464 and 19465.  Children who are under 18 years old need to be accompanied by a Pottstown resident to receive the free admission.  Guests who do not live in Pottstown will pay regular zoo admission prices.

Independence Blue Cross is sponsoring the free admission, and they will be at the zoo on Sunday with activities for children, information kiosks, and free giveaways.
