Two Pottstown Residents Arrested for DUI

DUI: On March 28, at 1:10 a.m., Larry Johnson, 54, of Pottstown, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Upper Providence Township.

Johnson was driving eastbound on Route 422 near the Oak exit when he was stopped by PSP Skippack for speeding, police said. The report states that at the time of the stop, Johnson allegedly showed multiple signs of impairment.

As a result of the traffic stop, Johnson was arrested for DUI. CHarges are pending in District Court 38-1-20.

DUI: On March 30, at 3:42 a.m., Andrew Milinichik, 29, of Pottstown, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Route 73 in Skippack Township.

The report states that Milinichik was stopped by PSP Skippack for observed traffic violations, and upon further contact with the driver, police said he exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol.

Milinichik was taken into custody for DUI, and charges will be filed in Magisterial District Court 38-1-24.
