A Wilimington, DE, woman was involved in an accident on July 22 in North Coventry and is being charged with giving false identification to the police, according to a report in the Pottstown Mercury.
Jelani Keys failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the right side of a Mitsubishi Outlander. "At the time, Keys, who was driving the striking vehicle, told police the driver fled the scene, police said."
