A scratch-off Pennsylvania Lottery ticket sold at a Delaware County store won $5 million, according to officials.
UPPER DARBY, PA — A $5 million-winning scratch-off Pennsylvania Lottery ticket was sold at a Delaware County business, officials said.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, a $5 million-winning $5,000,000 Lion’s Share Scratch-Off was sold by Pantry Food Mart, 629 South Ave. in Upper Darby Township.
The business will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

$5,000,000 Lion’s Share is a $50 game that offers top prizes of $5 million. Players can learn more about the game by visiting the lottery’s website or downloading the official app.
Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date, posted at on the lottery's website. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

Scratch-offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold. The lottery learns where winning tickets are sold only after a prize has been claimed.
