Back To School: Radnor District 2021-22 School Calendar

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Back-to-school planning is happening in Radnor Township, with calendars now available to help parents prepare for the first day in Radnor Township School District and info on policies as school starts.

The first day of school for most students in Radnor Township School District is Sept. 8.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point.

The word on masks in RTSD is: be ready to wear one. RTSD on June 30 said it will comply with any universal mask mandates set forth by the CDC, the Governor's office, and the PA Department of Health. As school begins, the district will have single-use masks available for students and employees.

District administration said it will monitor and make adjustments to internal protocols based on updated guidance, as well as community metrics.

Here are some important dates to know for the 2021-22 school year in Radnor Township School District:

First Day: Sept. 8

Labor Day: Sept. 6 with no school Sept. 7

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 25-26, with no school due to parent conference on Nov. 24

Winter Break: Dec. 24-31 with no school for students Dec. 23 due to teacher in-service

Spring Break: April 11-14 with no school for a District Holiday April 15

RHS Graduation: June 8

Last Day: June 21
