Election 2023: Nine Running For Five Slots On Radnor School Board

Nine candidates, including one incumbent, are running for five spots on the Radnor School Board.

RADNOR, PA —Nine candidates are running in the May primary election for five spots on the Radnor School District school board.

School board members are elected for four-year terms. They are responsible for adopting policies, approving an annual budget, setting a tax rate, and employing a superintendent.

The Radnor school board meeting is on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the township building, 301 Iven Ave.

According to an unofficial list of candidates available on Monday, five candidates have cross-filed, running on both the Democratic and Republican ballots.

Incumbent, Liz Duffy, is running for re-election and has cross-filed. She began her first year on the school board in 2019 and is active in the school and community.
