Jim Riley Wins Special Election For Radnor Commissioner: Unofficial
Riley was appointed to represent Ward 4 in December to replace Lisa Borowski who was elected as a lawmaker.

RADNOR, PA —Democratic candidate Jim Riley garnered 703 to represent Radnor Township’s 4th Ward, which covers Newtown Square, Bryn Mawr and Rosemont sections of the township.
Republican candidate Stephen Morris earned 218 votes.
The seat opened up when former Commissioner Lisa Borowski resigned on Nov. 28 after being elected to serve as a state representative of District 168, which consists of Radnor, Newtown, Edgmont and Middletown townships.

In December, the township commissioners unanimously appointed Jim Riley to a vacancy. Riley was the lone candidate to apply for the position. He will serve a four-year term.
Riley, a lifelong Radnor resident, was greeting voters throughout the day Tuesday. Friends and family members were stopping by to vote and socialize.

Riley, 55, lives in the Rosemont section of Radnor, near Villanova, with his wife of 30 years.
He has three grown children who all went through Radnor public schools.
He is a strong advocate for open space and enjoys walking, hiking, fishing, paddle tennis, pickleball, and biking in Radnor.
He works as the head of the science department at Hill Top Preparatory School, Bryn Mawr.
