This year’s Leadership Main Line class project involved studying and making strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors of ElderNet, which provides social services to residents of Lower Merion and Narberth who face financial and physical challenges.

"Companies and nonprofits identify and invest in Leadership Main Line participants, who make time to reflect on, develop and hone their skills as leaders," Dagenais said. "This year’s class is outstanding."

Additionally, the event recognized the graduating class of the Chamber's Leadership Main Line (LML) community leadership program.

Over six months, LML provides leadership development through a lens of community involvement.

Participants hone leadership skills and build a powerful network of leaders, while giving back to the community through nonprofit project work.
