Radnor Elections 2023: Two candidates Compete For Radnor Ward 4
The winner of this special election will fill the seat that opened up when Lisa Borowski was elected last year as a lawmaker.
RADNOR, PA —Two candidates are running in the primary in a special election on May 16 for a seat on the Radnor Board of Commissioners representing the Fourth Ward.

In December, the township commissioners unanimously appointed Jim Riley to a vacancy. Riley was the lone candidate to apply for the position.
