Radnor Tech Leader Luvleen Sidhu: Finalists In U.S. Fintech Awards
Sidhu is recognized for her leadership in developing BM Technologies, a digital banking platform that became publicly traded.

RADNOR, PA —Luvleen Sidhu, founder of BM Technologies, BTMX, was selected as a finalist in the director of the year category for the US Fintech Awards 2022.
US Fintech Awards recognizes the achievements and success of America's FinTech leaders and is a benchmark by which financial services modernization and technological progress are judged.
"I am honored to be a finalist amongst industry leaders for the US Fintech Awards," said Sidhu, who is also founder and chairwoman of the company.

The company is a publicly traded fintech/banking company with 300 employees and an annual revenue of $94.6 million in 2021.
"This has been a pivotal year for BMTX.” Sidhu said. We recently announced that we signed a contract with a significant new BaaS partner, and we are looking forward to completing our merger with First Sound Bank to become a true fintech bank."

Sidhu was selected by an independent panel of experts in the financial services industry from organizations including the Financial Technology Association, NYC FinTech Women, InsurTech New York.
Sidhu, the daughter of Jay Sidhu, a banking executive, developed a desire to work in the finance industry and create something new and different. She earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University in 2008 and her MBA from Wharton School of Business in 2013.
When Sidhu has free time, she enjoys being a health and wellness coach, traveler, and lover of life. She is also passionate about making a difference and giving back to her community.
Helping the underserved communities
Sidhu said she aspires to help Americans achieve financial stability, engaging the millions of unbanked and underbanked individuals in the U.S.
She aims to help those who are locked out of the system by monthly fee requirements and have an inherent skepticism of traditional banks.
By offering a low-fee, digital banking platform focused on technology and financial empowerment, BMTX aims to provide an alternative.
In July, Sidhu was recognized as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2022 Greater Philadelphia Award winner.
