Theft Inside Parked Vehicles Continues In Radnor
Police provide car safety tips for residents.
RADNOR, PA — Radnor police report thefts from inside vehicles during the first week of June, and remind residents to lock car doors.
Radnor police reported these crimes:
- Vehicles entered overnight: Several vehicles were reported entered between Thursday, June 1and Friday, June 2 in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor.
- Theft: A resident in the 300 block of Countyline Road reported items were stolen from outside of their residence on Saturday, June 3.
- Criminal mischief: A resident in the unit block of Wistar Road reported their mailbox was vandalized between Friday, June 2, and Saturday, June 3.
- Retail theft: T.J. Maxx Store, 550E. Lancaster Ave. reported a retail theft at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday, May 24.

- Always park cars in well-lit areas.
- Put windows up, take keys, and lock doors.
- Do not leave handbags, phones, briefcases, wallets, or other valuables visible inside vehicles.
- Hide valuables. Car floors, dashboards and seats are not good places.
- If you can’t take valuable items with you, hide them out of sight in your trunk.
