AG: Six More Philadelphia Men Caught in Predator Sweep

The Attorney General's Office says it has charged 21 people in various counts including possession and distribution of child pornography.

Six Philadelphia men have been arrested and charged with various counts related to the possession and distribution of child pornography, the Attorney General’s Office announced Wednesday.

The recent arrests are part of a region-wide sweep of Southeast Pennsylvania that netted an additional 15 suspected child predators last week. A total of 21 individuals were arrested during the operation in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, according to Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

  • Hunter W. Gayden, 24, charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
  • Arthur Kruger, 46, charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
  • Seth P. Martin, 33, charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
  • James McIntyre, 50,charged with one count each of possession of child pornography and obscene material.
  • Jaram Ramos, 28, charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
  • Howard Rubin, 41, is charged with four counts of distribution of child pornography, 150 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Attorney General Kane credited several law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Philadelphia Special Victims Unit and the Bensalem, Lansdale, Lower Merion Township, Tinicum Township and West Norriton Police Departments.
