Bernard Scally Funeral Services Set For Tuesday
Viewings set for Monday night and Tuesday morning for beloved writer, who passed away last week at age 33
Local journalist Bernard Scally, a reporter with the Roxborough Review and Treasurer of the Pen & Pencil Club, passed away last week at the age of 33.
According to Scally’s obituary in the Review, Scally’s viewing will take place Monday night, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, with a funeral service Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church in Manayunk.
Scally’s family has requested donations in his name be made to Boy Scouts of America Troop 474 (215 Pelham Road, Philadelphia.)
