Detour On Kelly Drive Saturday For Philadelphia Youth Regatta
The road will be closed for more than 12 hours Saturday as young rowers take to the Schuylkill for the Philadelphia Youth Regatta.
PHILADELPHIA — A portion of Kelly Drive is closing Saturday as a regatta will be taking place on the Schuylkill River.
Philadelphia Police said the road will be closed and detoured from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday to accommodate the Philadelphia Youth Regatta.
Drivers will be detoured from the Strawberry Mansion Bridge to Fountain Green Drive.

Southbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up the Strawberry Mansion ramp to Fountain Green Drive, via Reservoir Drive.
Northbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up Fountain Green Drive, along the same route.
