Halloween Fun Coming To Manayunk Oct 28

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Next weekend, Manayunk will be abuzz with Halloween fun.

Saturday, Oct. 28 will bring about the Pretzel Park Farmers Market’s Costume Parade and Main Street Trick-or-Treating.

The costume parade will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Pretzel Park, 4300 Silverwood St.

The parade will march down to Main Street.

Then, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., select small businesses along Main Street will be open for trick or treaters.

Kids, adults, and dogs are welcome to join in on the trick-or-treating fun.

Pretzel Park will also have kids' activities through 2 p.m.

Orbit Gallery's will be hosting Halloween Harvest from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., too.

In addition to candy, Orbit will be providing an array of healthy alternatives — such as bagels, oranges, apples, and muffins. Stop by early as supplies are limited, and chaperones will get a black rose.

Pet Friendly Dog Bakery will also be hosting a pet fashion show from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
