Ice Carving, Beer, Food, Music, More At Founders Philly Freeze Out

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – Founders Philly Freeze Out is coming back to Manayunk next month and is bringing ice carving, beer, food, live music, and more to Main Street.

This year's event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4.

The day will feature live ice carving demonstrations, numerous ice sculptures, Founders beer specials in restaurants and bars, the Manayunk Chowder Crawl, and more.

Winter fun kicks off at 9:30 a.m. with the Founders Freeze-Out Run with Philadelphia Runner. The fun run is free and open to everyone.

There will also be Axe Throwing near Richard’s Apex, a Winter Market, live music, and more.

Guests can also enter to win tickets to the April 11 Flyers game against the Columbus Blue Jackets online here. Other prizes include Founders Brewing Company merchandise.

Canal View Park will feature Founders Brewing Company brew samples at the ice bar.

The park will also host Founders' own live interactive ice carving.

Manayunk restaurants and bars will feature Founders specials in-store throughout the day, as well.

There will also be lion dancing in front of New Leaf, Mr. Wish, and Yakitori.

And you can't forget the Manayunk Chowder Crawl.

Manayunk restaurants will put their best spoons forward to create their own versions of winter’s favorite comfort food, including Lucky’s Last Chance, The Couch Tomato, Manayunk Tavern, The Goat’s Beard, Winnie’s, and more.

Tickets are $15 and are available online here.

Registration will be held at the Winter Market at Main and Lock streets.
