Livestock Center At WB Saul High School Being Dedicated Monday

The facility will expand learning options at PA's only school dedicated to agriculture, horticulture, animal sciences and natural resources.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — The School District of Philadelphia will dedicate a new, state-of-the-art Livestock Center at W. B. Saul High School.

Officials including Superintendent Dr. William R. Hite, W.B. Saul Principal Alexa Dun, Pennsylvania Department of Education Secretary Russell Redding, and more will dedicate the new center at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21.

W. B. Saul High School is the only school in the state dedicated to agriculture, horticulture, animal sciences and natural resources.

The 3,900 square foot facility now provides a learning environment complete with amenities that replicate industry standards.
