ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Spring is creeping up and that means the Roxborough Development Corporation is looking for participants for Spring Fest 2023.
Spring Fest 2023 is set for noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 20.
The event will take place on Ridge Avenue between Lyceum and Leverington avenues.
