Members of Manayunk and Roxborough civic groups, town watches and community are invited to Gorgas Park Tuesday night.

The 5th District of the Philadelphia will hold a Town Watch Night Out event in Gorgas Park on Tuesday, from 7-9 p.m.
“We want to send a message to the criminals,” said Officer Charlie Kline. “We want them to know that our neighborhood is organized and fighting back.”
Held the same evening as National Night Out, the police event gathers all neighborhood town watch groups.
