After a Week, Desperation: Have You Seen This Missing Man?

Searchers are getting desperate: Father of three Christopher Tully has been missing since Jan. 6.

Tully, who suffers from bipolar disorder, was last seen around 6:15 a.m. Jan. 6 near the off-ramp of I-76 West, walking toward City Avenue, according to helpfindtully.com.

The search for Tully, 40, has now been expanded to include Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties, as well as parts of New Jersey, search organizers said.

Tully was wearing a black jacket, jeans and sneakers. His phone has been inactive since around 11:30 a.m. on the day he went missing.

Anyone who sees Tully is asked not to approach him, but to call Philadelphia Police at 215-686-3013, search organizers said.
