Kids Fest, Cougars Play This Week in Springfield

1. Verizon Wireless Workshop: Android: Apps for Everyone on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at 130 S State Road in Springfield.

2. Join Springfield Mall and the Delaware County News Network for the Back to School Kids Fest on August 24th from 11 am to 4 pm. Enjoy hours of family fun with a visit by the Philadelphia Zoo, a concert by Makin' Music, Arts and Crafts and more! Plus connect with local businesses serving Delaware County families including children's sporting activities, lessons in various arts and culture programs and tutoring services.

3. Live Music at Tavola featuring Mike Nappi Thursday at 7 p.m.

4. Mark your calendar to visit "Audiology Day" table display on August 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Springfield Hospital (outside Cafe Carl). You can get a free hearing screening, pick up information and talk to hospital representatives.
