Say Hello to Dolly Before She Says Goodbye

Springfield High School has a long tradition of presenting outstanding musical productions. I remember going to see my first STW Production when a friend performed in Guys and Dolls back in 1979.

The tradition is alive and well this weekend as the current students of the Springfield Theatre Workshop perform Hello, Dolly. The show features performances by some young but still veteran performers, including Danielle Agan in the title role of Dolly Levi and Alex Melso as Dolly's love interest HOrace Vandergelder.

Tickets for the final performance of the run, which is Sunday at  2 p.m. are available at the door. Springfield High School is at 49 W. Leamy Avenue.
