Back to Work, School and Yes, Even Some Snow

Tuesday morning brought a cold slap of reality to many TE workers, students, and commuters.

Welcome back to reality. That seemed to be the message from Mother Nature Tuesday morning as school students, their families and area workers got back into the daily grind of the new year with a flurry of snow fluries that coated grass and dusted some pavement.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a special weather statement at 8 a.m. Tuesday advising that a fast moving band of lake effect snow had moved into an area from Phoenixville, across Tredyffrin and Easttown and south to Upper Darby.

The snow band dusted roads with snow and blowing snow forced drivers to slow down on the morning drive.
