Barn Hearing to Continue After Time Runs Out Thursday Night

Three hours was not enough time for all the witnesses and evidence to be presented in a hearing over the future of the Kennedy Barn in Easttown Thursday night.

The Township's Zoning Hearing Board ran out of time and has continued the hearing until October 29. The marathon meeting ran for more than three hours at Hilltop House before board members called it a night Thursday

Several neighbors and other supporters of keeping the barn in tact have appealed the township's decision to issue a permit allowing Bentley Homes to demolish the barn which is currently an empty shell dating back to the mid 1700's.
