Conestoga High School Bomb Threat Deemed Fake

A bomb threat has been reported at the high school just days after an active shooter hoax was reported at Villanova University.

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA — A bomb threat has been reported at the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District.

According to Tredyffrin Township Police, a bomb threat was made toward Conestoga High School at about 5:50 a.m. Thursday.

Police used K-9 units and a drone team to search the school, and by about 9:30 a.m. authorities cleared the school.

Police will continue to investigate the threat and take "all appropriate action moving forward."

The high school is operating on a three-hour delay Thursday, according to the district.
