Milne Holds Telephone Town Hall Wed. Evening

State Representative Duane Milne (R-PA 167) will hold a telephone town hall for constiuents in the 167th district Wednesday evening begining at 5:45 p.m. Most people in the district will get an automated phone call inviting them to participate. If you do not get  call by 5:50 p.m. you can call a toll free number to be included in the conference call.

Here are the details of how to take part, as outlined in the following email from Milne's office sent to Patch on Wednesday afternoon:

Just a reminder that tonight I will be holding a listening session via telephone with you, the citizens I serve. This tele-town initiative is meant to provide you with an opportunity to share your perspectives with me, offer me your advice, and ask questions about the issues of the day in Harrisburg.

As your representative in Harrisburg, it is important to me that I continue to offer opportunities to listen to your thoughts and benefit from your first-hand experiences in your walks of life. Our quality of life in Chester County is about the best to be found anywhere in the nation, and I view my main charge as state representative as one of sustaining this quality-of-life model for you and your family. Let us continue to partner in this most laudable cause!

To participate in the tele-town listening session:

For all constituents’ phone numbers in the district database we have available, you will receive a call at approximately 5:45 p.m. asking if you’d like to participate in the tele-town. For the most part, this means phone numbers that are public record (i.e., are “listed”) will automatically receive the call.

Please know, however, that my database does not contain all numbers in the district. If, for whatever reason, you have not received the call by about 5:50 p.m., I invite you to dial 1-877-229-8493 and enter the code 12947, and you will be connected to the tele-town.
